Anyway Anyhow Anywhere

(Back)

The magazine ran for an infrequent 12 issues only but achieved much. The last, unissued edition was due when John died. My involvement with Pete's (and The Who's) websites left me little time to work on the magazine and rendered the magazine fairly obsolete.

I went on to work for Pete Townshend between the years 1998 - 2006 as his webmaster and in 2002 Andy and myself released a chronological diary of the band called 'Anyway Anyhow Anywhere 1958-1978'. In 2010 I wrote 'The Who Revealed', which was released late that year.

Both Andy and myself are committed to writing the second volume of Anyway Anyhow Anywhere which picks up the story from 1978. More details on that soon. You may also want to check out Andy's book on The Faces, 'Had Me A Reall Good Time' here

Even though the band has an official website I feel there is room for another fan based one rather than a commercial one. And, just like the convention and the original launch of Naked Eye, I feel the time is now right for that.
